How do I know that reservation I made is confirmed?
When you have completed filled all information of the reservation process, an
instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will show your reservation details
as well as your booking number.
We advise you to print it out. Within a couple of hours, you will receive a confirmation
email containing more information such as the hotel’s contact details. |
I had booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I
have to do?
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is incorrect email
address. please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation.
We also have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may send in your
spam folder. If you didn’t receive your confirmation email after you have made
a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to
payment@bkkbox.com

Cancellation the Reservation?
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email
or Fax. Deposits are usually non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within
a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay
by up to 24-48 hours in some cases. |
Reservation Confirmation & Booking Deposit
After the reservation confirmed by R24.org, in some cases instantly while you
initiate a request, you will be asked to guarantee/secure
your booking by paying a deposit to secure your hotel room reservation. The deposit is usually between
10-30%. The balance to
be paid either direct at the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival. This depends on
seasonal policies
by the hotels and all these details you will receive in our email response. |

What types of payment options are available to make payment and deposit the reservation?
MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.
Furthermore now
you also can pay with paypal.com.
Within Thailand
an ATM Bank transfer, is also available. Moreover in Bangkok
there is a payment booth at the BTS Chitlom. |

services of the resort. If the resort confirms through
R24.org, we will pass the confirmation to you by email.
However please note that R24.org will not bear any liability
for any confirmation issued or services provided by the
hotel or resort.
R24.org and SiamRooms.com are unable
to assist with any claims of recourse. Please approach
directly the respective Hotel or Resort that you have booked
with for assistance with any disputes. |
